Prices do not include the tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day, to be paid directly at the hotel (applicable from 14 years of age onwards).

Payment methods: cash payments are accepted within the legal limit, or alternatively by bank transfer, debit card or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

For bookings with the “Standard” Rate, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required, payable by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the stay.

For bookings with the “Non-Refundable” Rate (discounted), full payment of the stay is required by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellations and Changes
For bookings with the “Standard” Rate, cancellation is free of charge according to the selected stay period (high, mid or low season) and up to 21 / 14 / 7 / 3 days before arrival, as specified in the booking conditions. After this deadline, the deposit paid will be retained.
For bookings with the “Non-Refundable” Rate (discounted), the amount paid will be retained.
Any changes must be agreed in advance, including changes to stay dates, room type or number of guests.
In case of a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
