Maso Felice
Maso Felice is a typical mountain farmhouse of approximately 220 sqm, able to accommodate up to 15 guests. Located in a peaceful setting, it is the ideal place for holidays with family or friends.
From the farmhouse, you can enjoy splendid views and breathtaking sunsets over Val Rendena. You will be surrounded by nature and immersed in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park Geopark.
The main village, Tione di Trento, is located just 3 km from the house and offers all the services of the valley. A supermarket, two restaurants and bars are available only 1 km away.
The spectacular Val Rendena cycle and pedestrian path, running along the entire Sarca River, is located just 1 km from the house.
Private parking for cars is available next to the house. Guests can enjoy a large garden with barbecue area, tables and chairs, with firewood provided.
Ground floor:
Large American-style gas kitchen, dining table with benches, fridge, oven, two wood-burning stoves, living room with TV, sofas and a large dining table for up to 15 people, plus a bathroom with shower.
First floor:
Four bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Second floor:
Spacious attic-style loft with 6 beds.
Mobile phone reception is available. The house does not have a washing machine, dishwasher or Wi-Fi.
Dogs are welcome in our holiday home.
The house is not suitable for guests with mobility disabilities.
Facilities and services:
Electricity, gas, water from the municipal water supply, 220V electricity. The property includes 7,000 sqm of private land surrounding the house.
Maso Felice can be reached from the village of Saone via a 600-metre unpaved municipal road, in good condition but not suitable for sports cars with low suspension.
Bed linen, towels and kitchenware are available and included in the price.

How to Get Here
Reach the village of Saone. At the exit of the village, heading towards Comano Terme, take the unpaved road on the right.
Follow the GPS coordinates and check the photos of the route for guidance.
The meeting point is in the afternoon, by prior arrangement, at Hotel Ristorante Dolomiti, Via 4 Novembre 35, Tione di Trento – 38079 TN (Saone district), located 1 km from the house.
